Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 June 2026
This privacy policy explains what information we collect through the My Body's BFF website (mybodybff.com), how we use it, and your rights. The My Body's BFF mobile app has a separate privacy policy available in the App Store and Google Play.
The short version
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't use advertising trackers.
- We don't run analytics that identify you personally.
- If you contact us, we receive only what you choose to share in the form.
What we collect on the website
Server logs. Like all websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs when you visit. These include your IP address, the page you requested, your browser type, and a timestamp. These logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging purposes and are not used to identify you personally.
Contact form submissions. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email and message you submit. The form is processed by Formspree (a third-party service), which forwards it to our inbox. We use this information only to respond to your message.
Cookies. The website currently does not set tracking cookies. Some essential cookies may be set by our hosting provider for technical reasons.
Analytics. If we add analytics in the future, we will use privacy-respecting tools that do not personally identify visitors (such as Plausible or Fathom Analytics) and we will update this policy.
What we do with this information
- Make the website work and stay secure
- Respond to your messages
- Understand which articles are read most (in aggregate, anonymously)
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, insurers, marketing partners or third parties for their own purposes.
Third parties we use
- Vercel hosts the website and provides server logs.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts you see on this site.
- Formspree processes contact form submissions.
Each of these has its own privacy policy. We don't share information with them beyond what is needed for them to do their job.
Children
This website is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, send us a message through the contact form.
Data location
The website is hosted on Vercel's global infrastructure. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses and the relevant safeguards of each third-party service to protect this data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, post a notice on the site. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
