Privacy Policy — My Body's BFF

The short version
Your cycle is personal, and we treat it that way. Everything you log stays yours. We don't sell it, we don't share it for advertising, and we store it safely on servers in the European Union.
What we keep
- Your email address, so you can sign in.
- What you choose to log: your cycle, symptoms, moods, sleep, energy, and anything else you enter.
- Optional profile details like name or age, only if you add them.
That's it. We don't collect your location, your contacts, or your photos.
Where it lives
Your data is stored securely on servers located in the European Union, through trusted infrastructure providers who process it only on our behalf and never for their own purposes.
Your control
- Export: you can download all your data any time, right in the app (Profile → Settings → Export data).
- Delete: you can delete your account whenever you want (Profile → Settings → Delete account). When you do, your data is removed immediately.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. If you'd like help with any of that, just email us at my.lyf.app@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. You can also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) if you ever have a concern.
Keeping it safe
Your data is encrypted on the way to our servers and while it's stored. If anything ever went wrong, we'd let you know promptly, as the law requires.
A note for younger users
This app is meant for people 16 and older.
Changes
If we ever update this policy, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app.
